Is it safe for children and pets?;
Yes. We use an ecological approach and select products/methods that reduce chemical residues, with proper application and ventilation where necessary.
How long does a service last?;
It depends on the space and the service. Usually from 30 minutes to 2–4 hours. We will inform you before the appointment.
Do I need to prepare anything?;
Access is only required to the spaces/areas to be cleaned. We will take care of the rest.
What happens after submitting an appointment?;
We are in contact to confirm, discuss details and - if necessary - provide an indicative estimate before finalising the appointment.
Residential / office
Are you bringing your own equipment?;
Yes, we will be coming with the necessary tools/materials for the service.
Is there after-hours cleaning available for offices?;
Yes, depending on availability, we can adjust the time/day.
Car
Do all the stains come out?;
We're making a targeted effort, but the result depends on the type of stain, fabric and how long it's been there. We'll tell you realistically what to expect.
How long does the service on the car last?;
Usually 1–2 hours, depending on the situation and the interior.
Cancellation / Changes
Can I change my appointment?;
Of course. Let us know as soon as possible so we can find the best alternative.
