VeridianSol provides ecological cleaning services for homes, commercial premises, carpets, mattresses and other surfaces using environmentally friendly products and techniques.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By using our website or services:

• you are fully bound by them.

If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services

The services provided are specified in detail on our website and/or in the agreement made with the client before the execution of works.

VeridianSol reserves the right to:

• modifies or renews the services,

• changes prices,

• adds or removes services,
  without prior notice, except in cases where a reservation has already been made.

4. Reservations and Payments

• Service reservations can be made by phone, email or through our website.

• VeridianSol may require a deposit to confirm a service.

• Payments are completed by cash, bank deposit, POS or other available means.

• In case of no-show or same day cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.

5. Cancellations & Changes

The customer can cancel or change a reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service free of charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.

6. Customer responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• provides secure access to the site,

• informs about special materials or surfaces that need special treatment,

• keeps personal belongings and objects of value.

VeridianSol is not responsible for loss of personal belongings not removed by the customer.

7. Liability of VeridianSol

The company makes every effort to provide services with professionalism and high quality. However, it is not responsible for:

• indirect or consequential damage,

• damage caused by existing damage or poor condition of the site,

• results beyond its control (e.g. special materials that are not fully cleaned).

In case of proven fault of the company, the liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Product use

VeridianSol uses ecological and certified cleaning products. The customer should be informed about possible allergies or sensitivities to avoid adverse reactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All the content of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of VeridianSol and is protected by applicable law. Copying or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

10. Data Protection (GDPR)

VeridianSol collects only the information necessary to:

• communication,

• provision of services,

• pricing.
