VeridianSol provides ecological cleaning services for homes, commercial premises, carpets, mattresses and other surfaces using environmentally friendly products and techniques.<\/p>

2. Acceptance of the terms<\/strong><\/h4>

By using our website or services:<\/p>

  • you declare that you are over 18 years old,<\/p><\/li>

  • you agree that you have read and understood these terms,<\/p><\/li>

  • you are fully bound by them.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

    3. Services<\/strong><\/h4>

    The services provided are specified in detail on our website and\/or in the agreement made with the client before the execution of works.<\/p>

    VeridianSol reserves the right to:<\/p>

    • modifies or renews the services,<\/p><\/li>

    • changes prices,<\/p><\/li>

    • adds or removes services,
      without prior notice, except in cases where a reservation has already been made.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Reservations and Payments<\/strong><\/h4>

      • Service reservations can be made by phone, email or through our website.<\/p><\/li>

      • VeridianSol may require a deposit to confirm a service.<\/p><\/li>

      • Payments are completed by cash, bank deposit, POS or other available means.<\/p><\/li>

      • In case of no-show or same day cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        5. Cancellations & Changes<\/strong><\/h4>

        The customer can cancel or change a reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service free of charge.
        Cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.<\/p>

        6. Customer responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>

        The customer agrees to:<\/p>

        • provides secure access to the site,<\/p><\/li>

        • informs about special materials or surfaces that need special treatment,<\/p><\/li>

        • keeps personal belongings and objects of value.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          VeridianSol is not responsible for loss of personal belongings not removed by the customer.<\/p>

          7. Liability of VeridianSol<\/strong><\/h4>

          The company makes every effort to provide services with professionalism and high quality. However, it is not responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>

          • indirect or consequential damage,<\/p><\/li>

          • damage caused by existing damage or poor condition of the site,<\/p><\/li>

          • results beyond its control (e.g. special materials that are not fully cleaned).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            In case of proven fault of the company, the liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.<\/p>

            8. Product use<\/strong><\/h4>

            VeridianSol uses ecological and certified cleaning products. The customer should be informed about possible allergies or sensitivities to avoid adverse reactions.<\/p>

            9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h4>

            All the content of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is the property of VeridianSol and is protected by applicable law. Copying or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>

            VeridianSol collects only the information necessary to:<\/p>
